VBCT was established in 2002 under the chairpersonship of Mr.Tirupathi Panigrahi and Mr. Tirupathi Choudhary .The trust has set before itself the Noble ideal of establishing the cardinal centers of professional education in various disciplines. The center offers the young students the right kind of opportunities to pursue professional courses of their choice. The trust intends to train the youth and transform them into excellent professionals, gifted with extempore qualities of head and heart, so as to make them committed servants of the larger society.
